A private club dubbed “The Committee” gathered for late-night poker games at the original Blackstone hotel. Decades later, a new contemporary era is picking up where they left off.

The Cottonwood Room

Tucked inside the restaurant, is the world famous Cottonwood Room, reminiscent of celebrations and libations from days past.

The Cottonwood Room is open daily at 4:00pm for Happy Hour, an aperitif before dining, or nightcap.
