The Cottonwood Room
Classic elegance meets swanky contemporary in our charming cocktail bar, the world famous Cottonwood Room.
Here, we pour libations and cheers to the good old days and new beginnings. Our trademark faux cottonwood tree sprouts from the center of the circular bar, an ode to the original Cottonwood Room from the 50s and 60s. Cozy up for a nightcap, happy hour, or aperitif before dining at The Committee. Wet your whistle with a signature cocktail or try a new house specialty.
The Cottonwood Room opens daily at 4:00pm.
