Tying in the history of the hotel, this poker-themed steak experience will spotlight a different ranch from June to September. Guests who select the steak flight as their entrée will receive one collectible poker pin, featuring a different suit each month (spades, hearts, clubs, diamonds).

Each diner who collects all four poker pins joins “The Committee of Steak” and will earn an engraved steak knife as a keepsake plus an exclusive invite to a private dinner celebrating the ranches.
